Digital Service Delivery Policy

Keniyo is a 100% cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. All software capabilities, subscriptions, and wallet credits are fulfilled electronically with zero physical shipping.

100% Cloud-Based Digital Service

Keniyo, operated by Keninsula Software Solutions, provides software applications hosted in the cloud. We do not manufacture, sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods, hardware, or parcels.

Consequently, no physical shipping fees, freight transit times, courier handling, or physical package deliveries apply to any purchase made on keniyo.com.

Instant Electronic Delivery & Provisioning

When you subscribe to a Keniyo plan or add funds to your message wallet:

  • SaaS Subscription Plans: Plan entitlements (seat limits, automation quotas, WhatsApp number connectors, and feature access) are activated immediately upon payment confirmation through our payment gateway (Razorpay or Stripe).
  • Prepaid Message Wallet Credits: Top-up balances are verified and credited to your workspace in real time upon successful transaction completion.
  • Confirmation & Invoicing: A payment receipt and GST tax invoice are automatically generated and emailed to your registered workspace billing email address immediately following payment.

Accessing Your Account

Customers can access their active Keniyo software instance 24/7/365 from any modern web browser by logging into app.keniyo.com with their authenticated email credentials or single sign-on.
