Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Keniyo, a product of Keninsula Software Solutions, handles information when you use our website and WhatsApp CRM platform.

Who we are

Keniyo is a business messaging, customer relationship management, and automation platform operated by Keninsula Software Solutions(“Keninsula,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy applies to keniyo.com and the Keniyo application.

Information we process

Depending on how you use Keniyo, we may process:

  • Account and workspace details, such as names, email addresses, roles, and business information.
  • Customer relationship data that you or your team add to Keniyo, including contacts, conversations, tags, notes, and campaign records.
  • WhatsApp Business Platform data required to connect and operate your business number, such as phone-number and business-account identifiers, templates, and message events.
  • Integration, usage, device, and security information, including logs that help us operate, secure, and improve the service.

How we use information

We use information to provide and support Keniyo, authenticate users, operate inboxes and automations, send messages at your direction, maintain security, investigate misuse, comply with legal obligations, and communicate important service information.

If you are a business using Keniyo, you are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate rights, notices, and legal basis to upload contacts or send them messages.

When we share information

We share information only as needed to provide the service: with service providers that host or secure Keniyo, with Meta and WhatsApp when you connect or use the WhatsApp Business Platform, with integrations you choose to enable, when required by law, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.

Meta and WhatsApp process data under their own terms and privacy policies. Keniyo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or WhatsApp.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as it is needed to provide Keniyo, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information that we control. Workspace owners can also contact us regarding their workspace data. For deletion steps, visit our Data Deletion Instructions.

If you received a message from a business that uses Keniyo, contact that business first. It is normally the controller of its customer and message data.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as Keniyo develops. We will publish the revised version here and update the date above.
